Eligible items for return include:

  • Unworn and unwashed items
  • Items in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items within 14 days of receipt

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Our representatives are available to assist you Monday - Friday from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  3. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  4. A Customer Care representative will guide you through the return process, which may include issuing a return shipping label (if applicable).

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet the aforementioned return policy requirements.
