Travel Duffle Trolley Rolling Suitcase Carry On Luggage Bag

I had purchased a Travel Duffle Trolley Rolling Suitcase Carry On Luggage Bag with Light Sky Blue / 20" on 4/14/24 which it claimed will be delivered on 4/25/24 but ended up delivered on 4/29/24.

It missed my flight on 4/27/24 that I don't have a bag for my trip.

Then, I realized a wrong pattern was sent. I was trying to contact the customer service used their email to return the wrong item during my trip at Asia. Only one reply asking picture on 5/1/24 with no more update.

I finally submit a return request on 5/13/24 when I back to the State. Will see how it goes. I will not recommends anyone purchase anything from this company.

My bag was not delivered to my address. Can you find it for me or find out what address they delivered it to?
