📦 How the Service Works

1. Repair Evaluation (Required)

  • A $59.95 evaluation fee must be paid before shipping your item
  • This fee includes:
    • Initial inspection
    • Repair feasibility check
    • Detailed cost estimate

👉 If you proceed with the repair, the $59.95 evaluation fee will be credited toward the total repair cost

2. Ship Your Item

Customers must ship the item at their own responsibility to:

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Lily Bloom is not responsible for loss or damage during inbound shipping

3. Repair Estimate

Once received:

  • Our team will evaluate your item
  • You will receive a repair cost estimate

❗ If You Do Not Proceed with Repair

You have two options:

Option 1: Return Shipment

  • Item will be shipped back at customer’s expense

Option 2: Disposal

  • You may request disposal of the item
  • A $12.95 disposal fee will apply

📌 Important Terms

  • The $59.95 evaluation fee is non-refundable if you decline the repair
  • If you approve the repair, the evaluation fee will be applied toward the final repair cost
  • No repair work will begin without customer approval
  • Customer is responsible for:
    • Shipping item to repair center
    • Return shipping (if applicable)
    • Disposal fee (if chosen)
